Aplication

These cables are applied for connection of railway station signal-safety units on electrified main railway single-stage system of 25 kV with 50 Hz and d.c.system of 3000 V .Cable can be buried directly into ground , tubes , ducts and indoor.

Permissible temperature ranges:
at laying from -5 up to + 50 ° C before and after laying up to +70°C i posle

Make -up

Copper conductor 0.9 or 1.4 mm, pvc (p)or PE insulation(E) 0.5 AND 0.6 mm dia. thickness.Wire are twisted to cable core at concentric layers.Individual layers are wrapped with textile threads or plastic ribbon in the form of an open helix, inner PVC sheath.Protection against mechanical damages of a galvanized steel tape 0.2 mm thickness up to 0.2mm for cables up to 8 cores and 0.3 mm for cables exceeding 8 cores.Black outer PVC sheath.

COUNTING

Wire are counted from the inner layer towards outer cable layers. Wire for counting each layer being coloured separetely.Marking wire of outer layer is red coloured and remaining ones blue. All other wires are grey.

Cable core is shaped in the form of concentric layers against the following Table .
