QUALITY MANAGEMENT IN INDUSTRIJA KABLOVA

Quality management is carried out through realization of all activities of total managing functions, on which head is Managing Director.

By Quality operating procedure, The Managing Director has defined the followings:
- Quality policy
- Quality goals
- Enterprise organization
- Responsibility and permissions of employees
- Map of processes
- Documentation of IMS (Integrated Management System, whose consistent application in practice keeps realization of Quality management System – QMS) in accordance with standard series of ISO 9000 and Environment Management System – EMS.

History of IMS reconciliation with demands was verified from year to year by authorized institutions that performed verification and validity of FKS issuing appropriate certifications.

From 1996 - 1997 FKS had national QMS certifications for some organization units, and

1997 THE FIRST International Certification of entire QMS was performed in FKS in accordance with ISO 9001:1994
The Certificate was issued by:
- SQS (Swiss Association for Quality and Management Systems), which is member of International organization IQNet (The International Certification Network).
Certification was performed in cooperation with YUQS - Belgrade.
Within the period of certification validity, two regular QMS supervision tests were performed.

2001 was performed THE SECOND international QMS CERTIFICATION in FKS, also in accordance with ISO 9001:1994
Certification was issued by:
- CSQ (Italian Certification of Company Quality Systems) that is also a member of IQNet . Certification was also performed in cooperation with YUQS - Belgrade.
Within the period of certification validity, two regular QMS supervision tests were performed.

2003 was performed THE THIRD international QMS CERTIFICATION in FKS, that was also RECERTIFICATION to standard ISO 9001:2000.
Certification was issued by:
- OQS (Österreichische Akkreditierungsgesetz) that is also a member of IQNet.
Certification was performed in cooperation with EVROCERT - Belgrade.
Within the period of certification validity, two regular QMS supervision tests were performed.

2006 was performed THE FOURTH international QMS CERTIFICATION in FKS, also in accordance with standard ISO 9001:2000.
Certification was issued by:
- OQS that is also a member of IQNet and a part of Quality austria (Qulity Austria Training, Certifikacion and Evaluation Ltd.).
Certification was also performed in cooperation with EVROCERT - Belgrade.
Within the period of certification validity, two regular QMS supervision tests were performed.

2009 was performed THE FIFTH international QMS CERTIFICATION in FKS, also in accordance with standard ISO 9001:2000.
Certification was issued by:
- QUALITYaustria that is a member of IQNet.
Certification was also performed in cooperation with EVROCERT - Belgrade.
Within the period of certification validity, two regular QMS supervision tests were performed.

2010., regular annual QMS supervision tests were performed in FKS that was also RECERTIFICATION to standard ISO 9001:2008.
Certification was issued by:
- Qualityaustria (Österreichische Akkreditierungsgesetz) that is a member of IQNet.
Certification was performed in cooperation with EVROCERT - Belgrade.

2012., was performed THE SIXTH international IMS CERTIFICATION in FKS according to standards: ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 14001:2004
Certification was issued by:
- YUQS that is member if IQNet.

2015., was performed THE SEVENTH international IMS CERTIFICATION in FKS according to standards: ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 14001:2004
Certification was issued by:
- YUQS that is member if IQNet.

2018., was performed THE EIGHTH international IMS CERTIFICATION in FKS according to standards: ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015
Certification was issued by:
- YUQS that is member if IQNet.

2021., was performed THE NINTH international IMS CERTIFICATION in FKS according to standards: ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015
Certification was issued by:
- YUQS that is member if IQNet.

IMPLEMENTED AND CERTIFIED IMS ARE USED IN FKS AS A MEASURE FOR MAINTAINING COORDINATION BETWEEN PRODUCTS AND SERVICES WITH SPECIFIED REQUEST, AND FOR MANAGING OF WASTE MATERIALS.

Maintaining coordination between products and services with specified requests is based on concept of prevention, control and examination of raw materials, quality of products during production and final products quality.

For quality of its products Industrija kablova owns attests – certificates issued by international authorized institution and local ones.

Certified IMS is followed, maintained and improved by:
- risk management, leadership…,
- documenting procedures, instructions, working instructions…,
- defining obligations and responsibilities of management and all employees,
- planning activities in all processes of company work,
- providing resources for the processes,
- realization of production and other processes,
- constant followings, measuring, analyzing and improving of processes,
- managing of waste materials.
