APPLICATION

These tapes have very good electrical and physical properties. They are suitable for making the joints and terminations for flexible rubber insulated cables. They are wound with 50 % overlap and 100 % stretching.

CROSS-LINKING CONDITION

After winding semi-conducting and insulating tape, vulcanisation process is carried out in the mould at temperature 160 - 170 0C.

RUBBER INSULATING TAPES EPR - IT20

APPLICATION

The tape is made of rubber blend, based on ethylene-propylene and has very good electrical and physical properties. They are suitable for making primary insulation of the joints and terminations for flexible rubber insulated cables. They are wound with 50 % overlap and 100 % stretching.


CROSS-LINKING CONDITION

After winding semi-conducting and insulating tape, vulcanisation process is carried out in the mould at temperature 160 - 170 0C.

RUBBER TAPES CR - PT40

APPLICATION

The tape is made of rubber blend, based on polychloroprene and has very good electrical and physical properties. They are suitable for making outer protection of the joints and terminations for flexible rubber insulated cables, reparation of the damage places on the cable sheath and as filling tape. They are wound with 50 % overlap and 100 % stretching.


CROSS-LINKING CONDITION

After winding semi-conducting and insulating tape, vulcanisation process is carried out in the mould at temperature 170 - 180 0C.
