Construction:

Conductor: Soft annealed copper wire.
Insulation: A seamless layer of PVC compound.
Cable Core: Stranded cores. Over the stranded cores, a layer of unvulcanized rubber or a layer of thermoplastic tapes.

Armouring: A layer of two steel tapes
Sheath: Black extruded PVC tube.

Application: For connecting signalling and control units in industry, thermo-power stations, etc. in the locations where mechanical stresses might be expected. The cable is laid directly in the ground, in cable trenches and outdoors.
