Rubber insulated power conductors and cables

CONSTRUCTION
Power cores:
Three flexible stranded tinned copper conductors, with insulation of natural rubber (G) or ethylene-propylene rubber (Ep), with separator under and semiconducting layer or tape over insulation.
Ground core: One tinned - copper flexible conductor with semiconducting layer or tape over conductor.
Ground check cores: Two tinned copper flexible conductors with insulation of the same rubber as power conductors and with semiconducting layer or tape over insulation. The three power conductors, ground and ground-check conductors are cabled together, overlapped with semiconducting tape. Over cabled cores there are inner sheath of natural rubber, copper concentric protecting conductor and overall neoprene sheath in yellow colour.
Cable production and testing acc. to JUS N.C5.360.
APPLICATION
Suitable for use in underground mines with metan for directly conecting of portable machine, cutters, loaders and as mine equipment, trailing cable where the protection of the ground check conductor is desired.
PRODUCT FEATURES
Extra flexible cable with excellent heat and weather resistant insulation, with SVEPRENE sheath resistant to impact, pressure, abrasion, flame, oil, acids and alkalies. Suitable construction gives cable a long service life.
