Circular Waterproof Connectors With Threaded Coupling

Application
Circular sealed connector free for the mounting on cable and board by themeans of nut, environment ressistant, with 4 or 9 contacts
Series 03, is foreseen where waterpoof connector resistent to vibration, quick temperature changes and other machanical and atmospheric influences is required.
It fully MIL-C-12320 C requirements.

Contacts
Hard gold plated special brass with silver underlayer.

Shell
Copper alloy cadmium protected and grey-olive chromate cover. It is made in one size. Depending on its application it can have the following shapes:
L - for mounting on cable (released connector)
C - for mounting on borad by nut
Shell L shape (for cable mounting) and adapter for cable sheath J shape make an inseparable section.
It is mounted only as a connector with male contacts. Shell C shape (for mounting on board) is performed only as a connector with female contacts without adaptger.

Insulators and seals
Insulators are of diallylphtalate and seals of special rubber.

Polarization
Connector is protected with a giding plug against mismating.
The position of insulator to guiding plug is unchanged. On released connector (cable connector) it is possible to turn guiding plug for every 15^o to cable adapter. Normal dilivery is with 180^o ange.

Temperature application area
Connector is applied for temperature range (- 55⁰C + 85⁰C) and stocking at limits (-65⁰C + 85⁰C)
