Round and waterproof connectors

Circular Multipole Connectors
(Unsealed)

Application
Circular multipole connectors Series 01 are foreseen for application in electronic and telecommunacation units operting indoor, protected against direct atmosphere influences.
They are applied for cable interconnection, multicore cable units and their continuations
With their characteristics they fully meet SNO 5788 and SNO 0118

Shell
Connector shell is chromate plated aluminium alloy in grey-olive colour
Depending on application it can have the following shapes:

For panel mounting:
with square flange for mounting without plug
with square flange for mounting with plug

For cable monting:
for cable termination (released connector)
for cable continuation

All mentioned shapes are performed in 7 sizes: 22, 25, 29, 32, 41, 48 and 60. Shell of any size or shape can be mounted as a connector with male or a connector with female contacts.

Insulation insert
Insert is of diallylphalate. Besides the normal position for prevention of undesiredmating with adjacent connector of the same size and the same contact arrangement, insert can be turned into shell at an angle W, X, Y and Z. When possible it is recommended to use normal position.

Contacts
Contacts (male and female) are silver or gold plated copper alloy.
Conductor connecting terminations are soldered.

Plug
Disengagement of conductor (cable) connecting points which can be for accommodation of a classic cable (conductor bunch) (H and F shapes) or for accommodation of shielded cable (R and S shapes) or for accommodation of shielded cable (R and S shapes). Furthermore, H and R shapes are for cable accommodation (conductor bunch) at an angle of 9o0.

Climate class
40/085/21

Caps
For the purpose of protection of unmated connector against dirt and mechanical damages a cap is used and ordered separately. It is manufactured in two performances:
A - with inner threading for shells A, B and F
with outer threading for shells E
